Multi-Arts Preschool
Arts Together’s Multi-Arts Preschool is the only area program to use an arts-integrated curriculum developed to meet N.C Foundations for Early Learning and Development and the National Core Arts Standards.
Through small classes with low student-to-teacher ratios, children gain confidence in their unique abilities and explore their own creativity and developing sense of self-expression.

Our arts-based curriculum builds a strong foundation for learning by using art, drama, music and dance/movement alongside other interactive, educational activities such as science, math, literacy and language. These enriching classroom experiences promote cognitive, social, emotional and physical growth in our students. Outdoor time is also part of each day, weather permitting.
The Multi-Arts Preschool program begins September 3, 2024 and runs through May 23, 2025. Families may choose between 5-Half Day Plus Afternoon Chill and 5-Half Day Preschool.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to our unique space, ALL children must be potty trained. Young 3’s are eligible for our Half Day and Lunch Bunch. Children ages 3 ½ to 5 are eligible for Half Day Plus Afternoon Chill.

Class Size: up to 8 students
Eligible Birth Dates: children born by August 31, 2021
Includes morning multi-arts curriculum.
3 ½- 5 PROGRAM
Class Size: up to 12 students
Eligible Birth Dates: children born by February 28, 2021
Includes morning multi-arts curriculum.
5 days/week: MON – FRI
Tuition: $5,610.00Payment plan: Ten payments are due in equal installments on the third of each month, August through May. This plan will be set up at a later time after registration.
Half Day & Lunch Bunch
EXTEND YOUR CHILD’S HALF DAY: Add Lunch Bunch (12-1 PM) $15.00 (Daily Rate) on whichever days you wish, Monday through Friday.
5-Half Day Plus Afternoon Chill | 8:45 AM – 3:00 PM
Class Size: up to 24 students (student - teacher ratio 8:1)
Eligible Birth Dates: children born by February 28, 2021
Includes morning multi-arts curriculum; Lunch Bunch, our supervised lunch period that allows kids to increase their socialization skills; and specialty afternoons featuring quiet time, creative free play, teacher led activity and extra outdoor time.
5 days/week: MON – FRI
Tuition: $10,450.00Payment plan: Ten payments are due in equal installments on the third of each month, August through May. This plan will be set up at a later time after registration.

APPLICATIONS OPEN TO THE COMMUNITY MARCH 2024
There is a $300 non-refundable application fee due at the time of application to secure your child’s spot.
If the class is full, you will have the option to be added to the waitlist and the $300 application fee would be waived

Applications for our preschool program open for the public every March for the next school year. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until all spaces are filled. Once the program is full, you may join the waitlist. You will be notified should a space become available.
Arts Together’s Multi-Arts Preschool runs through September to May.
Families who apply will receive further information regarding registration for enrollment.
All children must be potty-trained to attend Arts Together’s Multi-Arts Preschool.

In addition to a completed application form, a non-refundable application fee of $300 is required when applying. Once you submit your application, you will receive an email notification with additional information.
All payments must be made via card through Active Network, our registration platform. Arts Together no longer accepts check or cash payments made in person or by mail.
We offer two payment options:
Monthly Payments: Ten payments are due in equal installments on the third of each month, August through May. After your first payment, Arts Together will automatically charge your card each month for the remaining payments.
Payment in Full: You may pay in full when your child is accepted into the program.

We understand that circumstances may change, and families may need to cancel enrollment.
Cancellation requests will be honored through December 2024 with a 30-day written notification period.
If you cancel by December 2024 and tuition is paid in FULL, the remaining tuition payments will be refunded. If on a monthly payment plan your billing will be discontinued.
Cancellation requests made after December 2024 will be honored at 50% of the remaining annual tuition due. Refunds for accounts paid in full will be completed within 30 days after notice. Final payments for those on payment plans will have 60 days to complete payments.
Lunch Bunch Fees may be canceled at any time.
Please note: Policy exceptions due to extreme circumstances may be considered. To withdraw, please email Operations Manager Jess Allen at Jess@artstogether.org
Mandated Closure:
If Arts Together must close due to an act of nature, pandemic, state health mandates, or similar circumstances, the Preschool program will continue in a modified format. Please note that no refunds will be issued for closures, and monthly billing will proceed as usual. The only exception is Lunch Bunch, for which a full refund or credit will be given. You are financially responsible for all Preschool tuition, regardless of attendance.
